The Last Week of the Year...

Here we are - the last week of 5769 - and it will be a busy one. We are starting the vocabulary book. Our spelling and vocabulary words for the week will be the words for unit 1. The spelling/vocabulary tests will be given on Friday. We will also have the chapter 2 math test on Friday. We will have a science quiz on Tuesday. The 5th grade math group will have their chapter 2 math test on Thursday. IF YOUR CHILD WILL BE ABSENT ON FRIDAY DUE TO PLANNED FAMILY TRAVEL/VISITING FOR YOM TOV, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Thank you.

Mon.: Reading - Charlie questions, chapters 5-10
Study spelling/vocab words.
Math - reteach pg. 2.2
Science - Study notes for quiz.

Tues.: Vocab. - book pgs. 16-17; study words.
Math - reteach pg. 2.3

Wed.: Vocab./spelling - Write a sentence for each word.
Read chapters 15-16 in Charlie.
Math - reteach pg. 2.4

Thurs. Study Spelling/vocab. words.
Complete Charlie questions for ch. 11-17.
Math - complete review pg. 35; study for test.



Projected homework schedule for the Fabulous Fifth Grade:

Mon. - Read Sign of the Beaver ch. 11-12, complete questions for ch.11-12
Math - reteach pg. 2.2 and 2.3

Tues. - Math - reteach 2.4

Wed. - Math review pg. 33; study for chapter 2 test.

***Math Chapter 2 test will be THURSDAY.
